Welcome and Grounding
We'll begin our weekend retreat on Friday at 5 pm with a nourishing evening meal, a time to connect and get to know one another in a welcoming, heart -centered space in a vintage farmhouse in Dunbar, NE. After dinner, we will gather for a fire ceremony, setting intentions and releasing what no longer serves us. The evening will wind down with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra session
Deepening Into Presence
We will begin our day with morning yoga to awaken the body and breath. Afterward. enjoy a delicious breakfast, followed by personal time to journal, walk to a nearby lake or rest, connecting to the natural world and your inner rhythms.
Lunch preparation will be a shared experience as a mindfulness practice. After lunch, we will gather for transformational coaching. In the late afternoon, prepare to release and reset though a powerful breathwork detox session.
Following the evening meal, we will end our day with a healing yoga practice, complimented by Reiki, to soothe the nervous system .
Integration and Farewell
We'll begin our final day together with a grounding morning yoga practice, inviting space for reflection, integration and gratitude. After yoga, we will share breakfast before parting ways, closing out our retreat with warm good-byes and renewed energy.
