Frequently Asked Questions

Sometimes, stuff happens! Here's our cancellation policy:

• If you cancel 180 days before the first day of the retreat, we will retain the non-refundable deposit.
• If you cancel 90 days before the first day of the retreat, we will retain 50% of your retreat price.
• Cancellation 0-60 days before the first day of the retreat will receive no refund. Please understand that by this point the vendors have been paid and funds cannot be recovered.

Please email vibranceretreats@gmail.com if you need to cancel. The date the email is received will be considered the cancel date which the refund will reflect. The refund will be processed to card of initial payment and can take up to 10+business days.

It is highly recommended that you purchase trip insurance or check with your credit card company to ensure that you are covered in the event of the unexpected

 You typically have two options:

1. Pay in full when you sign up
2. Use our Payment Plan. If you use a payment plan your payment will be divided into equal installments for the months leading up to the retreat. Your deposit will be the first installment. Monthly installments will be automatically charged to your card on file on the same date each month. Missed payments must be paid within 10 days or you forfeit your registration and previous payments.

All registrants must be paid in full within 10 days of the retreat's first day

We offer a variety of accommodations including hotels, resorts, villas, and more. It just depends on the location but we always try to find unique stays.

We try to provide two options for solo travelers. If you book double occupancy, you will be paired with another person at registration. If you prefer not to stay with a new friend, there may be an option of a single occupancy at a surcharge, when available.
